Bringing the startup community together

Hub71 Impact Event 2025

We were entrusted with delivering another edition of the Hub71 Impact Event in 2025. As always, this year’s edition felt like the physical manifestation of stepping into the startup ecosystem itself. Hosted at the ADGM Atrium, it brought founders, investors, mentors, and partners together in a space that was open, energetic, and easy to move through. It also doubled as the launch of Hub71’s annual impact report, but instead of a typical presentation, the story unfolded through live conversations and founder moments across the space.

The setup moved away from the usual conference feel. There were no rigid seating rows — instead, attendees could flow between stages, settle into informal discussion spots, or explore activations throughout the venue. Two stages kept things moving with a mix of keynotes and smaller panels. The main stage was designed as a multi-level experience, featuring a lower platform with a concealed elevator reveal, where speakers were introduced through a choreographed rise onto the stage, adding a sense of anticipation and energy. In the pre-function area, activations like the Elevator Pitch installation gave startups a chance to connect directly with investors in quick, high-impact moments. Playful touches like ball pits and social corners added to the atmosphere without taking away from the intent.

Across two days, the event created a space that felt busy in the best way. With segments like the Fundraising Roadshow, live entertainment, and guest appearances like Daymond John, there was always something dynamic happening. At its core, the event was about bringing the community together in a way that felt natural, engaging, and true to Hub71.
